Nowadays with the rapid development of the fashion industry, model number also increasesrapidly, so we make Deep Analysis about the models and work out the Standard series ofgarment size which is the partial composition of the garments industry of our country.Non-contact3D body measurement technologies provides a feasible conditions for this toughand complicated work.This technology can be used to measure large numbers of human bodyquickly and accurately, and obtain valid data, which can be accurate and objective to presenthuman characteristics in order to establish the Standard series of garment size.This topicinvolves182models’ data of JiangZheHu area as the research objects,using the non-contact3d body measurement technology of Jiangnan university clothing engineering research centerand manual measurement for the experiment data.With effective data and SPSS software for the scientific statistical analysis validating the datawhether corresponding with normal distribution, after being confirmed,this paper did dataregression analysis、principal component analysis and other methods. We build up a databaseand put forward seven principal components for analyzing each of these. Experimental resultsprove that the height direction is the biggest factor influence the model size, also degree factor,thickness factors and the back curve etc. influence this size. Through the regression analysis,this paper calculates the shoulder width, neck circumference and height and chestcircumference relationship, and this provide a convenient and accurate database for garmentproduction design which avoids a great extent deformation of the models’ scale. This paperclassify the models based on Bust difference. The study found that31%of those tested belongto type A body,69%of those belong to Y type body. And through the comparison on175cm/Y type body with the hip waist difference and hip breast difference, we found that femalemodels are better than the normalbodies,more slim but more concave and convex than theordinary people. Through difference of the chest circumference and chest circumference it canbe seen that models’ breast posture and most normal young women are almost the same,concentrated in A cup and B cup.We began to design the Standard series of garment size after the research all above. First ofall, we found the completed shape intermediates through clustering analysis. This thesis isfocus on the special group of models, not alike most previous that research normal people,which fills the gap of lack of Standard comprehensive enough.In addition this paper useshierarchical clustering analysis to data collection for the first time and figure out the bestsample classification number3.It avoids the system lack of experimental results of deviation,science for k-means clustering provide conditions, to make the result more accurate andfeasibility of authenticity. Finally, with k-means cluster analysis out the three categories ofdata clustering nuclear point, respectively is170.8cm,177.8cm,180.3cm; Waist high:106.0cm,117.9cm,113.1cm; Chest circumference86.10cm,89.80cm,79.10cm; Waistline65.10cm,69.70cm,59.20cm; Hip circumference92.20cm,96.30cm,82.80cm. Through the andnational shape standard phase comparison, discover model figure slant generally thin, waistcircumference and hip circumference decrease obviously. And work out suitable for modelshape standard. In the national shape standard basis of human somatotype further expansion.Through the research and analysis, through the k-means clustering method get model shape standard: height is170cm,175cm,180cm; Waist high108.3cm,111.5cm,114.7cm; Bust82cm,86cm,90cm; Waist circumference were63.5cm,65.5cm,67.5cm; Hipcircumference91.8cm,93.5cm,95.2cm.
