According to a survey of delivery vehicles in large open-pit mines worldwide,large-scale mining dump trucks are the main carriers,accounting for nearly two-thirds of the total.In those mines both domestic and foreign,heavy-duty DC electric wheel dumpers that are mainly with AC-DC drive has the most market share.As the critical component of dumpers,the electric wheel's quality directly affects the success or failure of product.Mining dump trucks are often used in harsh environments,coupled with frequent reversing DC-drive electric wheels electric wheel overhaul huge workload,so the need for electric wheel factory test to determine the maintenance and repair of the situation.The existing traditional test equipment can not meet the production capacity of manufacturing enterprises and new product development test requirements.Therefore,establishing a new electric wheel test station that ensures the maintenance performance of products,has automation,intelligence and meets the test requirements has become a standard project for most heavy equipment enterprises.In this paper,high-power DC electric wheel as the research object,after investigating the development of large-scale mining dump truck and mining electric wheel at home and abroad,and based on the analysis of the existing technology of the motor test system on the basis of the proposed electric wheel test system technology route.This paper fully analyzes the functional requirements of the test system and develops two test power schemes: the DC chopping power scheme and the high-frequency switching power scheme,and the DC chopping test power scheme is selected after discussion.DC chopper power supply is the core part of the test system,respectively,from the control panel hardware,algorithms,software design in three areas.This paper elaborates the design of the measurement and control system.From the design of low voltage electrical cabinet to the design of the flexible test bed,from the realization of the test control software to the processing of the test data and the generation of the report form,the results of the system operation are summarized.The purpose of this paper is to study the operating conditions of the large electric dump truck electric wheel and to meet the test requirements of the large electric wheel,a solution to the high-power DC electric wheel test is proposed.Through the electric wheel test,you can check the gear system in the processing and assembly gear meshing situation,and check the operation of the assembly of the electric wheel assembly operation,the key data can be used for testing gear research and development,electric wheel motor research and development.The scheme can be used in the digital transformation of the motor test system and provide a train of thought for the experiment of AC electric wheel.
