Silicone resin has excellent properties such as well weatherability,physiological inertia,resistance to high and low temperature,insulation dielectric and surface hydrophobicity due to its special chemical structure,having been applied into various fields extensively,especially in the preparation of functional coatings with high temperature resistance,weatherability,radiation resistance etc.They have played very important role in these processes,making a great contribution to food,leather processing,medical,aerospace and aviation industry.The traditional silicone resin coating needs to be cured under high temperature conditions,which greatly narrow down the range of its application.In this paper,the synthesis of silicone resin can be cured at low temperature or room temperature,and it has excellent flexibility,adhesion,hardness,wear resistance,weather resistance and water resistance and etc.This paper mainly synthesized three kinds of silicone resin which are used for the PC lens,PET plastic film and steel.The research content are as follows:1.The high performance primer-free and wear resistant organic silicon resin was synthesized with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),phenyltrimethoxysilane(PTMOS),gamma(2,3-3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-560)as the raw material.The hardness,contact angle,wear resistance and adhesion of the coating were studied,through changing the properties of raw materia,and the organic silicon resin coating was analyzed by FT-IR,UV,SEM and TGA.Results showed that the molar ratio of TEOS to PTMOS is 2:3,the ratio of KH-560 is 10.5wt%,and pH of reaction system is 5,the hardness of film is 4H,wear-resistant grade is 4,adhesion level is 0.It has good 80 DEG C water resistance,excellent leveling effect,good toughness,and it's contact angle is 86.6 degrees.2.The high flexibility primer-free and wear resistant organic silicon resin was synthesized with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),phenyltrimethoxysilane(PTMOS),gamma(2,3-3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-560),dimethyldimethoxysilane as the raw material,and then coating on PET film and curing at 120 degrees Celsius.The flexibility,hardness,wear resistance and adhesion of the coating were studied,through changing the properties of raw materia,and the organic silicon resin coating was analyzed by FT-IR,SEM and TGA.Results showed that the molar ratio of TEOS to PTMOS is 0.9,the ratio of KH-560 is 2.24wt%,dimethyldimethoxysilane dosage is 1.3wt%,the silicone resin coating has good properties,the adhesion of the films can reach 1 level,the hardness reaches 5 H,wear resistance achieves the best grade and the water contact angle is 89.6 degrees,and 80 degrees centigrade boiled resistant ability is good.3.The high flexibility primer-free and wear resistant organic silicon resin was synthesized with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),methyl trimethoxysilane(MTMOS),gamma(2,3-3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-560),dimethyldimethoxysilane as the raw material,adding curing agent to make the coating,and then coating on steel and curing at room temperature.The hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and adhesion of the coating were studied,through changing the properties of raw materia,and the organic silicon resin coating was analyzed by FT-IR,SEM,TGA and electrochemical characterization.The results show that when the ratio of Me to Si atom number in synthetic resin is 0.41,the amount of curing agent is 3.0wt%and the amount of catalyst is 0.7g,the silicone resin coating has good properties,the adhesion of the films can reach 0 level,the hardness reaches 6 H,wear level is excellent and salt water soak reaches for 0 level.
