With the rapid development of China's economy,the national economic construction and people's lives rely more and more on energy.The burning of oil and coal will cause pollution to the environment.Therefore,cleaner liquefied natural gas(Liquified Natural Gas,LNG)has become a better choice.LNG storage tank is the main way to store liquefied natural gas today.Due to the large amount of liquefied gas stored in the storage tank,the structure of the tank body is damaged once an earthquake occurs.The leaked LNG liquid is extremely likely to cause serious consequences such as explosions and fires,and even threats The lives and property of the people are safe.Therefore,studying the structural response of the storage tank under the action of earthquake is of great significance to the safety performance design of the storage tank.In this paper,ANSYS finite element is used to model the 160000m3 storage tank.The dynamic characteristics of the storage tank,the structural response under earthquake conditions and the overall temperature field of the structure under leaking conditions of the storage tank are studied: mainly from the following points:(1)According to a large domestic storage tank as a prototype,the fluid-solid coupling effect between the inner tank and the liquid,the prestressed steel bar,and the various thermal insulation layers and the fine structure of the cushion layer inside the storage tank were considered to establish the storage tank The model of mechanical structure analysis.Then,the structure of the tank temperature field analysis model was established by focusing on the structure with thermal insulation properties inside the tank.(2)Analyze the dynamic characteristics of the storage tank,analyze the liquid sloshing of the storage tank,the vibration of the solid coupling of the storage tank,the natural vibration of the concrete outer tank and the overall vibration mode of the storage tank,etc.Analysis,as a verification of the correctness of the model.(3)Use the time history analysis method to analyze the seismic response of the storage tank,and use multiple seismic waves to analyze the three parts of the storage tank concrete outer tank,steel inner tank and dome,and obtain the main parts of the LNG storage tank under the action of the earthquake Form of stress,strain and failure.(4)Carry out temperature field modeling and analysis on the storage tank,establish a two-dimensional symmetrical model of the structural section,analyze the temperature field changes under normal working conditions and leaking conditions of the storage tank,and reveal that the storage tank structure is damaged under leaking conditions And the relationship between the time and height of the leaked liquid.
