In order to meet the needs of development, combined with the development trend of pulp and papermaking, the Yinhe Paper Co.introduced alkaline peroxide mechanical pulping process(P-RC APMP)developed by Andritz Co.in 2009.Production line included technology, mechanical equipment and automatic control system. The project's smooth implementation sloved some existing problems, such as lack of pulp supply, environmental burden, high energy consumption.Therefor, the Yinhe Paper Co.Improved the competitiveness in papermaking industry.Based on sduty of the YinHe Paper P-RC APMP process and automatic control system, and according to the actual production situation,it was found that the temperature in the screening process had important effect on pulp quality. However, the existing DCS(Distribution Control System)system hadn't temperature control and adjusting method when temperature changing in screening process.According to the actual production situation, through data acquisition and analysis of screening temperature, accepted pulp concentration and accepted pulp freeness, there function relations were deduced.Combining with the he production requirements, the optimal temperatur in screening process was obtained,so as to provide the range of optimal temperature for DCS system.Through the analysis of the control logic and the operation experience, logic control point and its function relation of the DCS system had been found out.DCS sysytem optimization had been carride out.DCS sysytem optimization solved not only the quality fluctuation caused by temprature fluctuation, but also the probolem of complicated operation and slow adjustment.Thereby, output, quality and production efficiency had some improvement than before.
