| Beet molasses alcohol fermentation liquid is a by-product in a sugar industry that contains high organic compounds,high color value,which can easily pollute the environment if there no measures before flowing into the rivers.There are hot topic discuss about the treament of molasses alcohol waster liquid in recent years,and the research on the use of resin column decoloration is rarely reported.This paper explore the two different materials by using the anion exchange resin column in series connection method to decolorize the sugar beet molasses alcohol waste liquid fermentation,and the bleaching effluent after extraction by betaine,examines the antioxidant activity of some bioactive compounds from alcohol fermentation liquid.Firstly,the single factor analysis and orthogonal analysis were using to selecte the decolorizing capacity of alcohol fermentation waste liquid from anion exchange resins.Under the condition of temperature at 50 ℃,the ratio of resin D730 to PA308 is 3:1,with 1 mL/min flow injection,in that case,the highest decolorization rate of alcohol waste liquid was 82.12%.The resin shown good capability of regeneration.Secondly,after the waste liquid was decolored,it was subjected to the extraction investgation.The optimum extraction conditions were at 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,and the ammonia concentration was 1.75 mol/L.As a result,the purity of the separation was more than 98%,which have shown significant extraction benefit.The kinetic model of cationic exchange resin was determined,which can concluded that the ability of resin adsorbed betaine was affected by the particle diffusion.Finally,the antioxidant capacity of seven extractive of alcohol fermentation waste liquid was investigated.DPPH free radical scavenging activity and peroxide free radical scavenging ability(PSC)have been performed in order to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the extractive.Its have shown good capability that the process of resin adsorption sugar beet molasses alcohol wastewater,and can extract active substances from beet molasses alcohol wastewater,such as betaine.The extractive have shown good antioxidant capacity,which have a good development prospect. |
