CNC turret punch press is widely used metal forming machine tool.However the research on its dynamic performance is still scarce in our country,which restricts the rapid development.In this paper,some research is performed on a domestic CNC turret punch press.With the finite element theory and multi-body dynamics method,some simulation and analysis is performed which is verified by experiment.The dynamic characteristics of the CNC turret punch press feed system are studied.The main work and results are listed as follows:(1)The finite element model of the beam assembly including linear rolling guide rail is established in Hyperworks.Its dynamic and static characteristics are simulated and analyzed,which differences between different positions of the X slide plate are studied.According to the sensitivity analysis of the section dimension parameters of the beam,two kinds of schemes are optimized,with which the purpose including lightweight and high stiffness is achieved.(2)The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of CNC turret punch press is established in ADAMS.With the acceleration test of the feed process,the simulation model is verified.The feed scheme of different acceleration planning is analyzed and the variation of the kinematic parameters is studied.(3)Under the condition of three different steps and two kinds of X shaft slide position,the effects on dynamic response characteristics caused by different acceleration values and the changes of the load are analyzed.Furthermore,the jerk schemes of high efficiency are selected.(4)Based on the original structure of feed system,a dynamic vibration absorber is designed to reduce the vibration of the beam.Frequency analysis shows that the dynamic vibration absorber has good damping effect.The comparative analysis before and after the optimization in the multi-body dynamics model indicates that the feed efficiency has been improved.
