The advantages of high machining efficiency,good flexibility of production and high cutting precision are the reasons why CNC turret punch is popular with users.The problem of vibration is more prominent as the punch tends to develop in the direction of high-speed,high-power,high-accuracy and large tonnage with the need of enterprise.The dynamic characteristics of punch are studied by means of vibration test and finite element simulation with high-speed CNC turret punch in order to improve the dynamic performance of punch.Based on HPI-3048 high-speed CNC turret punch,I study CNC turret punch to achieve the purpose of improving the Kinetic Performance of punch by means of combining finite element with experiment.This paper firstly analyzes the dynamic characteristics of National and international punch and the development of dynamic optimization design.Then,the dynamic analysis and structural improvement of punch from the aspect of fuselage and beam of feeding system are carried out to achieve the purpose of controlling punch vibration,improving the precision of punch and improving the dynamic response of punch.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The acceleration sensor and displacement sensor are installed in the prearranged position of the measuring point in order to understand fully the vibration situation of the CNC turret punch during its operation.Then,the actual acceleration and displacement of the punch is measured by means of vibration test system.The vibration signal is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain by means of signal processing technology.At last,the actual vibration of punch is ascertained by processing and identifying the vibration signal,and the test data is provided to verify the reliability of finite element analysis.2.The finite element model of HPI-3048 is established.The stress and deformation of the punch are obtained under inertial loads and impact loads through the dynamic statics,and the preceding six steps natural frequency and mode shape of the structure are obtained through modal analysis.The accuracy of dynamic model is verified by experiments.3.The general finite element software is used to model the CNC turret punch.Then,the transient dynamic analysis is carried out to analyze the transient response of the punch under three typical working conditions:riveting,stretching and punching,which it shows that the punch is the most vibration when punching.Combined with the test results,the model is corrected,which provides the basis for controlling the vibration.of punch4.Firstly,based on the active vibration isolation technology,the load curve is optimized,and the curve with less vibration is obtained.Then,based on transient dynamics analysis,suitable damping materials are embedded in the high stress area of the punch,and absorbing materials are arranged in the key parts such as around the head.Finally,in order to reduce the vibration,the structure of the CNC turret punch is improved according to the results of dynamic and modal analysis,and the plate position is arranged according to the vibration type.5.Firstly,the characteristic parameters of the conjoint part are identified by using Takashi Yoshimura integral law.Then,ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the dynamic response and modal analysis of the beam of high-speed CNC turret punch,and the dynamic deformation of the beam under inertia force is obtained.On this basis,the improvement scheme of beam structure is put forward to improve the dynamic performance of beam.
