As one of important cutting equipment in modern enterprise,CNC turret punch press has has many advantages,like high production rate, high automation level,low production cost and so on.Because it can automatic change mould.and produce flexibly.With the development of the numerical control technology and the performance of servo motor,CNC turret punch press has made great progress in cutting speed, cutting precision and cutting quality.With the speeding up of cutting speed,the machine tool manufacturers and the customer both at home and abroad pay attention to the vibration problem of the frame.Not only the frame vibration influence the cutting precision,and the working environment may also be affected on the noise generated by the vibration.Taking the frame of EP20 CNC turret punch as an example,the paper studies it to achieve the purpose of reducing vibration and noise and improving the cutting precision by means of FEA,static test,dynamic test,vibration analysis and so on.The paper involves the research content:1. The frame of CNC is studies to have a basic understanding of its structure and features. Based on the vibration analysis method and vibration control method,so can figure out the theoretical foundation and control method which best suit for controlling the frame vibration of CNC.2. A three-dimensional model of the frame of CNC is established,then using ANSYS Workbench finite element software as an analysis tool to establish accurate finite element model.3. The strength and the stiffness of the frame of CNC are analyzed by Establishing accurate kineto-static simulation model,then obtains situation of the stress and displacement of the frame under the maximum load.Punch zero angular displacement is came true by optimizing the frame structure.4. In order to study the frame vibration of CNC turret punch press,it discusses the finite element modal analysis and the transient dynamic analysis of the frame.Studies are made on the vibration analysis according to the vibration analysis theory.Comparing with the experimental date, the kinetic model of the frame verified.5. Basing on accurate kinetic model,vibration control is performed. Some measures are taken,such as optimizing scale-board and importing damped structures.6. A brief summary of the research contents and the prospection of the application space of the vibration controlling on the frame of CNC turret punch press. Finally make recommendations on the vibration controlling on the frame of CNC turret punch press.The paper deals with dynamic analysis of the frame of CNC turret punch press based on finite element and experiment.The results have some reference values to improving the frame of CNC turret punch press and vibration control.
