With the rapid increase of the level of industrial automation,The heating furnace of steel manufacturing process has gradually realized the automatic control and has formed a trend of development.Now reheating furnace is the most widely used furnace in the world.It replaced the pusher type reheating furnace in the last century,and become the main type of contemporary industrial furnace.So it is important to improve heating efficiency and quality of reheating furnace,which realizes the real-time monitoring of heating,burning and sequences process of step heating furnace.This thesis is based on the New Special Materials of Industrial Base with Recycling Economy for the Production Engineering,50t/h Walking Beam Heating Furnace Control System for Hollow Steel.Through double-close-loop control and double-cross-clipping control methods,I design the temperature control system of the walking beam furnace using thermocouple,hot resistance,flow characteristics of a V-cone flow meter and some other metering devices.The control system adopts Programmable Logic Controller of Siemens S7-400 series as the engineer station,and Siemens S7-300 series as the operator station to contribute PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)system,which can realize the automatic control and make important significance.It achieves a balanced and stable furnace temperature by improving air-fuel ratio and optimum control parameter,Through the import and export control and coordinated control.It improves accuracy in billet stepping and prevents the loss of steal or other phenomena.System configuration programming use Siemens STEP7 V5.5 software,monitor software use Windows Control Center 7.0.In addition,all of the systems' data can pass each other to facilitate the overall operation and control,which are in the same industrial Ethernet.The industrial automatic configuration software assembles the production and process automation together to achieve the integration of the traditional industrial control software and user needs.To solve the practical problems of engineer,and provide a new method to the automatic control system of heating furnace,it can be used according to the object and the purpose of any configuration.It can complete the automation control engineering,and realize the temperature controlled function of all the combustible parts.According to the typical PLC control system which is based on microprocessor,it takes management,centralized monitoring,operation and decentralized control to the production process.Through the practice of engineer,this thesis realize the effective control of heating furnace system to hollow steel and ensure the quality of steel.It has great value to the control system of marching heating furnace.
