Automatic Combustion Control System For Hot Blast

Automatic combustion control system for hot blast stove,it is the most important part of blast furnace control system.Its main function is to make the certain pressure of cold air heating into high temperature and high pressure qualified hot air from the blower of hot blast stove.When the hot air through the blast furnace main pipe and surrounding tube,the combustion of coke and other media in the furnace produces a chemical reaction which is turn the Iron ore rapidly removed from impurities and reduced to molten iron under high temperature and pressure.This design is based on the modification of the hot blast stove control system of the 4# blast furnace overhaul of a steel plant.The physical structure and each pipeline cannot be changed extensively after construction.According to the modern control technology,based on the exhaust gas temperature and the dome temperature,construct a set of hot air furnace combustion control system based on gas and air double cross limiting.Through the design of DCS and PLC,it can automatically control the combustion of hot blast stove,greatly improve the combustion efficiency and accuracy of hot blast stove,improve the working environment,and reduce manual intervention and cost,reduce labor intensity,and realize automatic optimization of air flow,gas flow and air-fuel ratio by the control system,so that the hot blast stove can operate automatically,efficiently and stably.This paper structure as follows: The main work analyzes the process flow and control requirements of the blast furnace hot blast stove.Combined with the control method of hot blast stove combustion and furnace change,a combustion control scheme based on double cross limiting is proposed.Design the hardware and software of the control system and debug it.Practice shows that the design can meet the functional requirements of blast furnace hot blast stove combustion and automatic furnace control,ensuring stable and efficient blast furnace production.
