More and more PTT shape memory fabrics come into people's daily life.During its wearing,use,storage,transportation process,due to various external factors,the fabric will produce deformation,or wrinkle,or cloth surface curl and other deformation shown;In addition,the shape of PTT fabric will change in the finishing.Therefore,the study of PTT shape memory not only can solve these shortcomings caused by deformation,but also can provide a theoretical guide for us to improve the PTT memory fabric,and this will help PTT fabric research and development.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Because of the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the fabric,the traditional wrinkle recovery angle is not accurate.Based on the existing research,using the mathematical optimization method,the maximum direction angle of the wrinkle recovery angle of the satin fabric is 30 and the minimum direction angle is 90,and the equivalent folding back compound angle is improved and optimized.Using the wrinkle recovery angle in 30 and 90 directions to characterize the crease recovery angle of the satin fabric,the accuracy of characterizing the crease recovery angle is improved.(2)Try weaving 27 kinds of fabric,the fabric structure,finishing,external mechanical forces,temperature and so on,is comprehensively studied the influence factors of PTT shape memory fabrics memory performance.The conclusion is as follows,(a)PTT yarn linear density on the properties of shape memory effect is not obvious,plain weave fabric shape memory effect is best.With the increase of tightness,memory performance is on the decline.Memory performance better a fabric is plain,the degree of 65%,yarn linear density is 24.04 Tex,warp/weft density is 358 x 256 root / 10 cm.Sample no.1 p1.(b)Under the different rate of alkali deweighting,along with the rising of the alkali deweighting rate,the fabric after folding resilience is first increases then decreases when the 9.88% minimum,and the adjustable rate of fabric will become larger,PTT fiber bending stiffness,bending stiffness index decreased,and that after alkaline above a certain concentration,the fabric is prone to deformation,and the general deformation response is more difficult,the original shape is not easy to maintain.(c)After pressing heat styling treatment,near the excitation temperature 65 ?,the indexes of the fabric with memory was bigger,crease recovery Angle to achievemaximum value;Scrub fastness,friction fastness are better.Dyeing temperature is not higher than 110 ?,otherwise the deformation of fabric is difficult to reply.(d)Smaller external force can make PTT shape memory fabrics basic restore to the original state of flat,so the external force is the main factor of PTT shape memory fabrics deformation response,and ironing type reaction is convenient and feasible in the actual operation,fabric calming effect is prominent.Temperature on the memory performance of PTT shape memory fabrics had no obvious effect.The joint action of external force and temperature,the force is the main function,temperature has little effect on the properties of PTT shape memory fabrics memory.(3)Using mathematical method,the linear relationship of fabric structure parameters and memory performance is obtained.And linear relation between the finishing,the external force and temperature does not exist.
