Research On The Knot Yarn Which Can Directly Knit Fabric Pattern And Its Application Effect

The new direction of fancy yarn research are combination of fancy yarn design and fabric surface pattern.In this paper,how to design the pattern on the surface of knitted fabric are according to the relationships both weaving process parameters and spinning parameters and becomes multi-section change knot,then according to the design pattern spinning of the knot,weaving out of the original design patterns by computerized flat knitting machine.Fancy yarn itself,the special structure and effect are seek after by consumers,the use of new designs based on fancy yarn pattern in the knitted fabric surface directly weaving pattern will greatly increase the added value of fancy yarn and can be achieved high-end private custom,as well as meet the growing personal needs more quickly.Flat section and knot length of the sub-paragraph according to the design of the change-based knot yarn spinning is based on a set of more than the number of high-precision controller.Controller variable number of segments and control precision affect the design pattern size and precise location directly.The purpose of this research is to design and make the design patterns on the surface of the knitted fabric based on the research of the multi segment precision.Firstly,according to the principle of spinning and the theory of the controller,the relationship between the position of the knot and the parameters of the computer control software is analyzed,and the theoretical parameters of the spinning line are obtained.Then according to the effect of the distribution of the knots on the cloth surface,the theoretical relationship between the parameter of each section of the knot yarn and the length of the knots is analyzed.And then design the pattern according to the relation between the knot position of the knot wire and the computer software parameter of the controller and the relationship between the parameters of the knitting yarn and the length of the knot yarn,and finally weave the design pattern on the knitted fabric surface.
