Research shows that the deep strata showing characteristics of soft coal and rock,and the characteristics of shallow strata of the gap is very large,not the mature mining technology of shallow coal rock roadway and applied in deep soft rock.So,to determine the criteria for the deep mining of coal roadway surrounding rock stability,understanding the deformation characteristics of roadway,and on this basis to find the most reasonable supporting technology and parameters of underground geotechnical engineering deep mining has great research value.In the background of Xinji Mining Area,by combining theoretical analysis with engineering test to analyze the deformation of rock surface changing with time,to determine the deformation of rock surface typical form changes with time appears,analysis its regularity,combined with the typical form of support load measurement and analysis of surrounding rock deformation of surface deformation with time keeping stable.The ANSYS program is used to simulate and analyze the deformation characteristics of coal mine deep mining 162302 coal roadway with the method of engineering field to further verify the deformation characteristics of coal roadway.Through numerical simulation and engineering test software analysis,the deformation characteristics of coal roadway.Then the simulation analysis of Xinji Mine Deformation Characteristics of deep mining of 261302 Coal Roadway Based on field measurement and ANSYS software,the trapezoidal shed support allowed bearing capacity and deformation of roadway support force and supporting method of problems needed to remain stable,and on the basis of the maintenance support form and reasonable parameters of coal support stability the roadway.The process of the above research,draw the following conclusions:(1)By determining the criterion of coal roadway surrounding rock stability,can effectively understand the rock rupture time,determine the deformation trend of roadway surface,and promptly take appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence of unsafe factors and problems such as instability of the whole coal roadway in taking the right security supporting measures to reduce safety accident has laid a solid foundation.(2)With the time variation in stability analysis of roadway surface deformation by rock deformation.If the broken rock zone size in a certain range,the deformation of surrounding rock stability,the roadway surface deformation increases with time andtends to be stable;if the rupture zone size exceeds a certain range,showing the trend of instability,the surrounding rock deformation of roadway surface deformation with time.Growth tends to be unstable.(3)Deep mining loose and broken coal roadway deformation characteristics are the top coal and direct roof structure surface prone to separation and instability,two help due to the loose soft rock and was broken loose.(4)Determination of Xinji Mine deep mining of 261302 coal roadway supporting form should be adopted: surface deformation of roadway roof,the roof arrangement cable and ladder shaped support.At the same time two rock slope deformation significantly,help available bolt and ladder shaped composite support Legs.
