Research On Safety Production Supervision Of Industrial Cluster Area In Huaibin County

Huaibin county industrial agglomeration area attracts a large number of investors because of excellent geographical location and preferential policies,which plays an important role in stable economic growth,adjusting the industrial structure and benefitting people's livelihood.However,in the rapid development of industrial agglomeration areas,safety accidents have occurred.These accidents have brought great losses to people's lives,property and the state,and also alarm the safety supervision of industrial agglomeration areas.In view of the importance of safety production in industrial agglomeration areas,this paper mainly launches the research from the following aspects:1.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign production safety supervision of the related research,and draws lessons from the production safety supervision theory(the theory of government regulation,the theory of crisis management),at the same time expound the related concepts of safety production supervision(production safety,safety supervision,accidents,accident potential),and the important role of safety production supervision,analyses the general situation of industrial agglomeration area in Huaibin county and the status quo of safety production supervision in industrial cluster area of Huaibin county.2.The problems existing in the safety production supervision in industrial agglomeration area of Huaibin County are as follows: the construction project failed to perform the verification procedure,the configuration of fire protection facilities did not meet the fire protection technical standards,the safe evacuation passage could not be evacuated,and the safety management of enterprises was in chaos.3.The reasons for the problems of safety production supervision in industrial agglomeration area of Huaibin County: pre-planning work is not in place,corporate safety awareness is not strong,safety culture lag,safety supervision and management system is not perfect,the lack of supervision of professional knowledge.4.Try to put forward some suggestions on the supervision of production safety in industrial agglomeration area of Huaibin County: Strengthen the overall planning of industrial agglomeration area,the main responsibility for the implementation of enterprise safety production,strengthen publicity and education on safety production,improve the safety supervision system,and strengthen the safety supervision team.
