| Continuous innovation of modern science and technology brings rapid development of Chemical Industry featuring with a large variety of new products and skills coming out and applied into all respects of social production and economic growth.All of these advanced social and economic development but involved numerous risk of safety and producing accidents at the same time.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore questions such as how to strengthen supervision management toward workplace safety and what kind of methods,steps and officials should be equipped to improve supervising efficiency and lower risks.Firstly,based on summarizing relevant references,theories and laws,this essay deeply analyzes current situation and safe production management of Chemical Industry in Jinan,Shandong Province with the help of Theory of Safe Production Management,Theory of Government Regulation,Stakeholders Theory and plentiful cases and data.Besides,this essay further concludes occurrence regularity of difference accidents and their reasons and weaknesses in accidents control and prevention.Then,this essay compares cities such as Beijing and Guangzhou owning advanced management experience in safe production supervision and management with cities in developed countries such as Germany,Japan and the United States,and combines proper theories and practical experience with industrial standards and regulations formulation in Jinan,which are all examined to see their adaptive effects through safe production management practices in Jinan Chemical Industry.Finally,in terms of problems existing in safe production management in Jinan Chemical Industry,this essay proposes solutions and guiding suggestions aiming at perfecting relevant laws,mechanisms,executive force,emergency management system and strengthening safety responsibility of stakeholders so as to prevent accidents,lower production risks and improve social and economic benefits. |
