With the emission reduction and the green environment policy support in China,the development trend of printing industry in the future is flexographic printing,which use the water-based ink,the effect is significant in environmental protection.At present,there are still a lot of problems in the domestic flexographic printing technology,the main reason is the backward movement control technology,especially the key technical problems such as no mechanical transmission structure,control system synchronization and so on.In order to improve the working efficiency and process,especially the quality of the flexographic printing machine.The paper does research on non-mechanical drive and control system synchronization,in the end,completes the adagio printing system based on virtual model motion control technology of the overall design.The main work accomplished in this paper are:Studied the motion control mechanism and key technology of virtual model,using high-speed real-time intelligent color scale processing unit,designed the overall scheme based on virtual electronic spindle.The scheme can be realized through the network configuration of the local data,and can monitor various variables.Field experiments show that the scheme has simple structure,convenient adjustment,high transmission precision,wide range of transmission ratio,etc.With the demand of printing equipment mechanical design,the author calculates the virtual movement parameters,designs the system hardware including sequence control,motion control,process control and so on,implements the motion control and network communication.based on the pattern of virtual and separation,using double servo drive technology improves the deceleration period of printing speed and accuracy.Based on virtual control platform,the design includes the main control process,tension and alignment process control,PID control,the system software.Compiles the logical control program,the SFC motion control program,communication program,HMI screen editing,etc.,the experimental study shows that the software design and programming fits the operation requirements of flexible printing systems.With the completion of the computer simulation,PC logic validation and communication compatibility test after the experiment,the virtual model motion control system practical field experiments,through test and analysis,validate the correctness of the design,and have achieved good effect.
