Lost Foam Casting Technology is an advanced casting process that has the advantage of high die casting dimensional accuracy,smaller throughput,the ability to form blanks without burrs and with low draft taper and is better adapted to the pump impeller casting of complex structures.In this paper,the development of LFC technology is analyzed.The casting process of LFC is studied.By comparing with the casting method of resin sand sand casting and V method,the advantages of the LFC technology are pointed out by combining the structural features of the pump impellerand a pump impeller lost foam process test program is develpoed?Combining the characteristics of EPC technology and the structure of pump impeller,the design ideas and experience of the impeller die are expounded,the application of design technology is more comprehensive,and the application research of CNC machining programming and NC machining technology are also studied?With the combination of theory and production practice,a complex structure of high-quality tooling tooling NC manufacturing is achieved?The production experiment of the white mold of the pump impeller vanish was carried out.With the experiments of vanishing white area,black area equipment and facilities,process parameters and operating methods?The technical solutions and ideas in the research have a good reference value for mold making and casting making in the pump product manufacturing industry.
