Research On Wear Analysis And Improvement Of Impeller In Environmental Dust Removal Fan

Centrifugal fan is normally used for transmitting and evacuating dusty gas in iron and steel industry,which makes it be the important core equipment in controlling air pollutant evacuation.During its use in tough working condition,the fan will unavoidably have friction,collision,rebound,wear and deposition problems with solid particles.Those problems affect the dynamic balance of impeller as well as its reliability and service life.Based on studying lots of theses,this paper reviewed research status on rotator wear problems,analyzed the abrasion mechanism of impeller,and summarized the wear affecting elements and protection methods for the fan impeller.This paper analyzed the failure characters and mechanism of metallurgy fan,studied theoretical basis of gas-solid flow inside the centrifugal fan,including basic equations of hydromechanics and abrasion mechanism of impeller,and analyzed wear-resistance methods of centrifugal fan.This paper introduced dust removal fan for sintering,discussed wear rate and service life,analyzed main reasons for wear,and put forward wear-resistance protections for the fan.This paper studied the improvements of impeller in the dust removal fan,analyzed the vibration reasons of impeller,put forward several improvements,including controlling negative pressure,selecting suitable impeller type,suitable wear-resistance materials as well as suitable rotating speed,and conducted theoretical calculation to the impeller model and analyzed the using effect.By analyzing the working phenomenon,this paper carried out the improvements for the fan,and obtained good application results..
