The Fabrication And Elastic Performance Study Of Natural Rubber Bamboo Fiber Composites

Natural rubber bamboo fiber composite material is a new type of composite material.The bamboo fiber elastomer"plant spring"is made of bamboo fiber and natural rubber by sterilization and measure-typing.As a natural green plant fiber,it has many advantages,such as moisture absorption,air permeability,antibacterial and bacteriostasis,natural health care,deodorization,adsorption,antisepsis,insect resistance,moth eaten,non-toxic and no peculiar smelland and so on.As a newly developed material,it hasn't done so far in the this ground,but it is the first one that is used as the mattress core material.The mattress core which is made of natural rubber bamboo fiber composities has the advantages of natural environmental protection,moisture absorption,breathable and comfortable sleep and so on.The cushion core has moderate elasticity,between the super hard and reinforced spring soft mattress.The mattress made by this kind of mattress core can eliminate noise caused by the spring force of a spring mattress and mattress friction,and it has good vibration resistance.In order to make natural rubber bamboo fiber composite material used better in home mattress and other fields,this project explores the preparation processing and molding method of natural rubber bamboo fiber cushion core material,and the mechanism of elastic formation of natural rubber bamboo fiber composities is also studied.The research contents and the results are as follows:?1?According to the characteristics of bamboo fibrils,we explored and studied the preparation process and molding method of natural rubber bamboo fiber composite material,and developed a bamboo fiber mattress in Chengdu Sichuan Shenglong Plant Fiber Products Co.Ltd.?2?The performance of natural rubber bamboo fiber composite mattress conforms to"GB/T 26706-2011 software furniture brown fiber elastic mattress"national standards.?3?We analyzed the the elastic forming mechanism of natural rubber bamboo fiber composites,and then constructed the theoretical model of natural rubber bamboo fiber composite material.,and abtained the relationship between elastic modulus,bamboo fiber and natural rubber:E=₁E_{B F} c_BF+E_{N R} c_{N R},and the results were verified.?4?Regarded the three-dimensional natural rubber bamboo fiber composite core material as tens of millions of crimped bamboo fiber elastomers,and then constructed the structural model and elastic analysis mathematical model of the natural rubber bamboo fiber composite core material.The model is verified.It is found that the factors which affecting the elastic properties of the rubber bamboo fiber composite mat material are the diameter of bamboo fiber,elastic modulus,poisson's ratio,the density of single-layer bamboo fiber,core material layer number,curl,and so on,it lays the foundation for optimizing preparation process and preparing high elasticity natural rubber bamboo fiber cushion core material.?5?The study found that the hardness of natural rubber bamboo fiber composite material is more suitable for human sleep habits,it was proved that it has good elastic properties and comfortable sleep characteristics as a mattress core material.
