At the moment,the process of blank making,molding and punching are completed by human universally in most enterprises.The environment of production workshop is abominable and complex.Moreover,the production equipment are relatively backward.The labor intensity of the workers is large and the job risk is higher.It is necessary to design an automatic forging system based on bearing ring billet in order to meet the development trend of forging machinery,improve the automation level of forging production equipment and realize green forging.Based on the analyzing the present situation of forging and pressing production at home and abroad and the machining characteristics of the bearing ring billet processing,the thesis analyzed the requirements of robot structure and control system,and established the program design of bearing ring billet automatic forging system.The mechanical structure and forging control system of industrial robot were designed,and an automatic forging system based on self-designed industrial robot was developed.In the aspect of mechanical structure,the overall structure of automatic forging system was determined,and the structure of self-designed industrial robot was introduced in detail.The Solid-Works Simulation software was used to simulate the force analysis of the large arm and the small arm of the manipulator.Considering the special shape change of bearing ring billet in forging process,a kind of mechanical claw used in forging production was specially designed and its operating principle was explained in detail.The dissertation completed the related process improvement design and selection of the main equipment.Finally,the kinematics decoupling of the robot was carried out,and the trajectory of the robot was planned by the linear interpolation algorithm and the fifth degree polynomial interpolation method.Combined with the actual situation of the field and the requirements of processing technology,the type of the controller,the design software and the touch screen were selected,and the human-computer interactive hardware platform was built in the aspect of the control system.Taking TwinCAT3 software as the development platform,this thesis developed the control software of automatic forging system and modular design of the system.General function module is used to realize the basic function of the system.The system module realizes the monitoring of the system state,and the action setting module is the realizationand management of the robot movement function.
