Drilling is the primary means of oil exploration and development, the IntegratedDrilling Parameter Monitoring System (iDPMS) is an important tools for collection,displaying, monitoring, stored, printing each drilling parameters in real time andkeeping abreast of the drilling work situation. Development of iDPMS is compatiblewith the drilling process, due to the technical level of backwardness, our drillingparameter monitoring systems in systems integration, system reliability, accuracy ofdata collection, HMI and other aspects was increasingly difficult to meet the terms ofthe drilling demand process, limiting the increase drilling horizontal. Starting from thefeatures of iDPMS and around the actual application requirements of iDPMS, thisarticle made a depth study on iDPMS and Data Acquisition Transmission Module andits key implementation technology, and developing the iDPMS on this basis.First, on the basis of analysis of domestic and foreign software developmentstatus and trends, and against the practical needs of iDPMS in the practical application,this article put forward an overall plan of iDPMS which with double collectingmachines.Then this article conducted in-depth research on Data Acquisition TechnologyBased on CAN Bus, Data Transmission Technology Based On Socket, OPCBidirectional Data Transmission Technology, the Data Transmission Technology BasedOn WITS Format and other key technologies which the system involved.Against theadvantages of CAN bus and the needs of Dual-capture mode, putting forward a dataacquisition technology based on CAN bus. Proposed a solution to dealing with busconflicts that may arise under the Dual-capture machine mode. According to theprinciple of Socket Communications, designing the data structure of the Client and theServer, and putting forward a data transmission technology based on Socket, thisrealize the transmission of data between the client and server to improve the efficiencyof data transmission. Putting forward an OPC bidirectional data transmissiontechnology on the basis of the analysis of OPC bidirectional data transmissionfunctions can be implemented, this interact and share data electronically controlledPLC drilling parameter monitoring system data between compatible with the electroniccontrol system is conducive to the use of room driller hardware system integration.Defines a drilling engineering parameters WITS format based on the study of WITS data format, the achieve of Data Transmission Technology Based on WITS made thesystem could extensive data transmission with other systems.Finally, in the study on the basis of the above key technologies developing theiDPMS acquisition and transmission module, the system based on the acquisition andtransmission module has a friendly interface, high integration, reliability and othercharacteristics. Installation and operation on multiple drilling team in China PetroleumGroup Igawa Drilling Engineering Co. Ltd. and achieved good effects.
