The optimal design and efficient use of the catalyst require an in-depth understanding of the surface structure and surface chemistry of the catalytic material.Chemisorption(Chemosorbent Analyzer)can provide a large amount of information needed to evaluate catalyst materials during the design and production stages,as well as information feedback after a period of use.The chemisorption instrument is a fully automated instrument that can perform a variety of chemical adsorption and temperature-programmed reaction studies,obtaining information on the physical properties of the catalyst,catalyst support,and various other materials[1].The subject has designed and implemented a control system for a chemical adsorption instrument.The system consists of two parts,the upper computer and the control terminal.The upper computer includes functions such as graphical interactive interface design,data processing,graphical data display and wireless data transmission.The control end includes a graphical interactive interface,data acquisition,data graphical display,data transmission,and underlying hardware control.The underlying hardware includes:a network module for data transmission;a gas mass flow controller for controlling gas flow rate and mixing,a solenoid valve array,and a gas mixing chamber;a heating furnace and a thermostat for realizing a heating function;and for signal output Thermal cell detectors and signal acquisition circuits that enable acquisition of weak small signals(0.5uV-200mV).The system is edited by the operator at the upper computer and sent to the control end.The control floor automatically implements the control of the underlying hardware.The data is collected,recorded and analyzed,and the data is sent back to the upper computer for the visualization of the experimenter..You can also experiment directly by controlling the underlying hardware directly.At the same time as the experiment,the host computer and the control terminal can display the experimental state in real time.The chemical analyzer control system,which has been tested and analyzed,can perform the functions of a basic chemical adsorber.
