Insect recurrence after phosphine fumigation was common in Chinese grain storage,besides the reason of insect resistance development,airtightness conditions,tablet appling methods,and the key phoisphine concentration control in the process also affected the success of the fumigation.It is significance that according to the specific environment,grain storage,location or region,and related factors comprehensive system consideredthe,to put forward the optimization scheme and key points of process control,to improve the effect of fumigation,to delay the insect resistance,to avoid grain storage losses.Phosphine fumigation in grain storage should be relied on at present and future in China.Grain storage status quo of grain storage in Shandong area which located in the north part of China had a typical representative both for phosphine fumigation technology application and the optimization of the scheme.The research of its food storage has obvious significance around China.By communication and on-set investigation about 20 typical grain depots and 2.4 million tons stored grain in the Shandong area were survived which involved inphosphine fumigation technology application,storage environment and relative conditions,the grain storage situation,building structure,airtightness of wharehouse,insect pest resistance,fumigation method,etc..And a field trial was carried on phosphine fumigation.vThe results is maily as follows:The type of grain storage were mainly flat wharehouse in large scale and stuat bin in smaller number.Most of them were poor in air tightness.The scale of each storage was more than 5000 tons.More than 70%of the monomer structure was given with brick structure included ina warehouse to mansard roof structure and roof plate.Since 2009 the construction was with double T plate structure step by step.The air tightness of the warehouse is generally poor,and the half-time from500 Pa to 250 Pa was less than 15%in the 50 s,65%in the 40 s to 50 s,20%less than 40 s.And 20 s of the half time was still existed in the shortest.Barn tightness of ascension to take positions mainly by strengthening quality control,airtight doors and Windows,membrane seal and seal capsule gap filling embedded,Laizhou library through the barn doors and Windows sealed,can make the barn tightness by more than 40 s to 60 s,so the conditional can combine the transformation barn ascending air tightness,and at this stage should be prepared as far as possible barn sealed,make the barn tightness to half-life more than 60 s efforts.The types of stored grain are mainly wheat,rice and corn,and the difference in moisture and quality of grain is small,which has little influence on the fumigation effect.Highest water difference is not big,but the same varieties of wheat moisture at 12.5%,the highest rice moisture at 13.3%,corn moisture content at 13.5%,highest grain moisture content under safe grain storage moisture value,and the same storage varieties in different regions of shandong effects on phosphine fumigation difference is smaller.In the same grain depot,the storage of different grain storage varieties of the warehouse,in the case of gas tight conditions,the fumigation effect is not very different,in the process of storing grain mainly pay attention to the effects of temperature on fumigation effect.When the food temperature is low,the activity capacity of pests is small,and the fumigation effect has a great influence.With the increase of the food temperature,the activity capacity of pests in July and September is enhanced,which can effectively improve the fumigation effect.In terms of the amount of medicine used per unit,there are great differences among different libraries and there is much room for improvement.At present,the grain unit dose from 3 g/m~3 to 6 g/m~3,the overall average is about 5 g/m~3,if to improve the barn air tightness,specification method,can make the unit dose after fall below 2.5 g/m~3,still can achieve good insecticidal effect.Solid warehouse verification about the worse performance of original warehouse airtight warehouse,through the use of plastic film on the barn doors and Windows are closed can be increased from less than 20 s in front of the closed to closed after more than 40 s,keeping under the same dose of phosphine concentration levels from 300 ml/m~3 to keep time for 10days,up to 300 ml/m~3 to keep time for more than 21 days.
