Research On Improvement Of Products Warehouse Management Of SG Cigarette Factory

China's cigarette industry,as an important pillar of the country's economy,in recent years,with the hard competition of various cigarette factories,the problem of logistics cost has become increasingly outstanding.Finished product storage is an significant piece of cigarette logistics system,which is of great importance to guarantee its quality and safety of finished products,reduce logistics costs and improve production efficiency.In today's increasingly competitive industry,how to optimize the management of finished product storage,SG cigarette factory is currently facing a major problem.This paper takes SG cigarette factory as an example,starting from the development process of the enterprise and the operation of the warehouse,referring to the relevant literature and warehouse management theory,on the basis of field investigation of SG cigarette factory,and the status quo of its finished product warehouse management is analyzed.Based on the in-depth investigation of finished product warehousing,it is concluded that SG cigarette factory's finished product warehousing management problems include: the internal structure of the warehouse is not reasonable,the staff age structure is too old,the operation process is not standard,the storage management technology lags behind,etc.According to the above problems,using advanced management concepts and research methods at home and abroad,the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward:optimization of warehouse layout,optimization of personnel training scheme,improvement of warehouse operation process,and updating of warehouse management system.Finally,the desired results were achieved.At the same time,it can provide reference experience for other cigarette factories in the company to improve.
