As people's living standards have greatly increased,the requirements for food safety have also increased.In the food processing process,the problem that the particle size of the finished product cannot be strictly controlled and secondary sterilization is needed needs to be solved.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses impeller crusher and air classifier to control the finished product particle size,discusses a controlled crushing and sterilization process and equipment,and provides new process and new ideas for the food processing industry.The influence rule of the particle size change after the puffing of the puffed food was explored using a home-made impeller crusher,and the classification effect of the air-flow classification technology on the puffed food was verified,and a controlled crushing process and equipment for the puffed food was obtained.The results showed that when the screen and impeller clearance was8mm,the smashing main engine speed was 864r/min,the induced draft fan flow was 868m3/h,and the screen aperture was 10mm,20100 mesh powder accounted for the largest proportion of?2 in the experimental product;when grading When the machine speed is 90r/min,the secondary air volume is175.60m3/h,and the gas-solid concentration is 0.12kg/kg,the grading effect is good,which verifies that the air classifier is suitable for crushing and classifying puffed foods.A process and equipment for controlling the pulverization of puffed food?LNS-132 particle crusher?was obtained and applied in industrial production.A high-temperature crushing experimental platform was set up to compare the sterilization effect of the dry heat sterilization and high-temperature crushing of expanded black rice.The combination of CFD numerical simulation and industrial testing was used to explore the feasibility of high-temperature crushing and puffing food on the experimental platform.The applicability of the LNS-132particle crusher for high-temperature crushing and sterilization is discussed.The results showed that the sterilizing effect of puffed foods after dry heat sterilization at 120°C for 6 hours can reach the standard within 7.42 s in the high temperature pulverization experimental platform,which verifies the feasibility and efficiency of the high temperature pulverization and sterilization of the experimental platform.By estimating the residence time of the material in the LNS-132 particle crusher equipment is 8.64s,which is longer than the residence time of the high-temperature crushing test platform,the applicability of the LNS-132 particle crusher for high-temperature crushing and sterilization is obtained.
