| High energy and high strength propellant is the advanced embodiment of modern propellant and barrel weapon,its mechanical strength directly affects the safety and stability of barrel weapon,but the strength of propellant could not meet the application requirement of advanced barrel weapon at present.In order to improve the mechanical properties of propellant,in this paper,a new type of nitrated bacterial cellulose based propellant was designed and successfully prepared on the basis of TEGDN propellant through substituting the nitrocellulose(NC)in propellant for the nitrated bacterial cellulose(NBC),which has a three-dimensional network structure and excellent mechanical properties.The basic properties such as structure and morphology were studied.And the rheological properties were discussed in detail because of the composite had to be soluted in solvent for industrial application.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)TEGDN/NBC and RDX/TEGDN/NBC composites were prepared by the blending method.Their structure,morphology and thermal properties were characterized by NMR,FT-IR,XRD and FESEM,TG-DSC.The structure and combination of the components in TEGDN/NBC and RDX/TEGDN/NBC composites were obtained,and the effects of each component on their thermodynamic properties were also studied.(2)The solubility and intrinsic viscosity of nitrated bacterial cellulose based energetic composites were studied.The solvent with good solubility and low viscosity was found;The effect of TEGDN contents on the intrinsic viscosity of TEGDN/NBC composites in N,N-dimethylformamide and the effect of RDX contents on the intrinsic viscosity of RDX/TEGDN/NBC composites in N,N-dimethylformamide were also studied,and their change regularities were obtained.(3)Based on the rheological principle of polymer materials,the influences of solution concentrations and TEGDN contents on the rheological properties of TEGDN/NBC composites were studied by Hakke Rotary Rheometer.The influence regularities of concentrations and TEGDN contents on rheological properties were obtained.It was found that the addition of a small amount of TEGDN could improve the stability of NBC and make its solution structure less susceptible to be destroyed by the external force.(4)The influences of RDX contents on rheological properties of RDX/TEGDN/NBC composites were studied and the influence regularities of RDX contents on rheological properties were obtained.It was found that the structure of TEGDN/NBC composite becomes unstable after the addition of RDX,the molecules in solution were more prone to occur to orientation movement under the external force,the entanglements among macromolecule chains were more susceptible to be destroyed,the interaction among molecules was weakened,the fluidity of solution was greatly enhanced,and the structure stability would became worse. |
