| As a developing country,China is still in the era of big investment and construction at the present,and more international cooperation projects have being carry out.To the author’s knowledge,some of project plans are not logistical and lack operability,the traditional management methods are still employed in some cases.Thus it is not realistic to think that of all matters and problems that may occur,there is lack of scientific nature in planning and schedule management.It is clear that it may make the execution of project behind schedule and disorder.Based on this understanding,a plastic compounding construction project,which is the important issue of petrochemical industry,was selected as the study case in the paper,according to the special situation that the project was subcontracted by foreigner companies,author makes a more detail analysis on possibility and necessary for introducing modern scientific management.Based on the case analysis,A Plastics Mixing Project schedule optimization and resources balancing method were studied,and the study of construction project design and management depending on professional backgrounds is done as well.The author analyzes the factors that affected the schedule management accuracy,and solution matters for unpredictable problem.The aim is to summarize systematically all problems that occurred of may occur in the stages of project design and execution.Meanwhile the scientific management methods,such as Earned value will be used;following this item work breakdown structure is employed to determine the project frames.And finally a management system based on Earned Value method is built.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the effective and reasonable design schedule of A plastic blending project,and can also provide reference for the schedule management of similar projects. |
