Research On Schedule Management Of The Shougang Shunleng Argon Cylinder Filling Station Relocation Project

In the economic globalization today,with China's economic and social development,because of the influence between projects by internal factors or external resources,government policy,cost differences,environmental variation and dependence of the enterprise or competition and other factors,enterprise production and operation places now is not immutable and frozen,more and more enterprises to seek development,better to develop the market and increase economic benefits,the establishment of a branch and production base in different places,even for sustained and long-term development,the overall relocation of enterprises to have more preferential policies and quality resources place.In order to match the overall planning of Shougang shunleng area and to enhance the workshop capacity and core competitiveness,Shougang plans to move the the shunleng argon cylinder filling station to the gas industry base of Beijing Shougang oxygen plant.Because the plant relocation project involves filling argon using old equipment,to co-ordinate the new building and the old workshop,the project construction company involving many departments and construction units,in order to ensure the successful completion of transition workshop production,research on the evaluation of the project schedule management is very necessary,for such project management the relocation project to provide reference.According to the Shougang shunleng argon cylinder filling station along the relocation project background,based on the theory of modern project management,analyzes the actual situation of the schedule and control of the relocation project,the use of project management knowledge,combined with the argon cylinder filling station relocation project case,the system demonstrated the project progress plan and control the related theories and methods in the application of argon filling workshop relocation project.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts:first,the related theories and methods of project management and project schedule management are discussed,and the methods and tools of project schedule planning and control are introduced systematically.Secondly,the general situation of the relocation project of the Shougang shunleng argon cylinder filling station was expounded,and the background,organization and construction content of the project were introduced in detail.Again,details how to prepare the project schedule by the theory and method of project schedule,including project decomposition and definition,activity sequencing,project schedule project estimation,project schedule arrangement and optimization and the establishment of the master project schedule.Finally,using the theory and method of project schedule control,this paper introduces the control management system construction and project schedule tracking of the argon filling workshop relocation project,and introduces the deviation analysis and the implementation of the deviation correction measures in detail.The last part of this paper summarizes the whole paper and clarifies the research direction in the future.
