For the issues of high energy consumption,high consumption,and high pollution in China's steel industry,a comprehensive evaluation of the greenness of iron and steel enterprises facing the manufacturing process can help enterprises determine whether they meet the requirements of green enterprises and analyze their own existing strengths and weaknesses.In addition,it can also help enterprises to clarify their position in the industry,is conducive to the horizontal comparison between different enterprises and the longitudinal comparison of the development process of the same iron and steel enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background and research significance of the iron and steel enterprise's green evaluation,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of iron and iron and steel enterprises evaluation and evaluation methods.Then,in view of the lack of an overall and comprehensive evaluation of the current manufacturing process of iron and steel enterprise,and combined the multi-level structural characteristics of iron and steel enterprises,the multi-level structural model of iron and steel enterprises was established using Object-Process Modeling(OPM).Through analysing the characteristics of the steel manufacturing process and following the principle of establishing the indicator system,an indicator system for evaluating the greenness of iron and steel companies was constructed.The hierarchical structure of the indicator system was divided according to the hierarchical structure of the enterprise,including enterprise level,workshop level,and regional level,work centers,work units,etc.Finally,through the comparison of the judgement values of each indicators with the industry benchmarks,the enterprise judges the level reached by each indicator;for the first time,it proposes and uses radar-graph method to graphical intuitively evaluate and numerical comprehensively evaluate the greenness of iron and steel companies,and make up for the lack of subjective and visual evaluation of traditional numerical evaluation method.After analyzing the case studies,it demonstrated the scientificness and enforceability of the indicator system.It also provided guidance for iron and steel enterprises to implement green manufacturing,which enabled the enterprises to pay more attention to all aspects of the steel manufacturing process that may affect greenness,and thus contribute to energy conservation and emissions reduction in enterprises.
