During the production process of manufacturing, vast of finitude resource are consumed and environment is polluted at the same time. It is imperative under the situation that green manufacture must be put in practice in front of the need of sustainable development. Grinding process is one of the most important ways in machining. It is also wildly used as the basic and preferred way in precision work and ultra precise machining. At the same time, grinding process greatly affect the environment and resource. The production and consume of grinding tools make great effect on consumption of material and energy. Great consumption of grinding fluid, dust and yawp in grinding process do harm to environment and resource. We are the first country in grinding tools production and consumption, so it has very important and realistic meaning to research grinding greenness assessment system to improve the greenness of grinding process.First, based on the literature reviews, this thesis introduces the green needs of grinding process, studies the green characters and their influence factors in grinding process, found the index system for greenness assessment. The index system including: environment, energy, resource, economy, productivity, amenity degree and green management. The thesis studies the greenness degree assessment system for grinding, and puts forward the modules of system and standards of assessment; establish the hierarchy model for assessment, and studies the calculation methods for index weight. In this thesis, a method named Weight Analysis of greenness Assessment of Grinding Technology Based on Method of AHP and Triangle Fuzzy Number is put forward. It also gives an example to testify the correctness and practicability of the method.Then, this thesis studies the methods of index qualify about environment and resource in greenness assessment system, and points out the development direction about energy assessment; bring forward the method of economy assessment for single project, analyzed the content of amenity index qualify; build assessment models for craft parameters after analysis of grinding aimed at material, grinding fluid and productivity. Based on the theory of greenness assessment for grinding in this thesis, the function structure of assessment software is designed and its system structure is set up. Finely, greenness assessment software system for grinding process is designed by Visual C#. The result of this study can not only be used in greenness assessment for grinding technology but also in quickening development of green manufacture, selecting of grinding fluid, processing of unknown material and organizing production effectively. It has very important meaning to greenness research on similar technical.
