Casing sleeve is an important equipment in horizontal well fracturing technology,By combining with the automatic expansion packer,the down hole tool is well matched with the downhole tool,The opening and closing of a sliding sleeve is controlled by a signal label which is matched with a working layer on the well head,downhole operation is completed.Casing of the sliding sleeve at all levels sliding sleeve through size are gradable,fracturing of a limited number of switch tool sliding sleeve need frequent tripping,large amount of homework defects.Compared with this,electronically controlled hydraulic intelligent sliding sleeve drive,has the advantages of reliable structure,simple process,high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance,switch many times without restriction,intelligent operation,thus increasing oil production,improve the efficiency of oil field operations.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign intelligent sliding sleeve development status and underground staged fracturing technology based on,the design of the two forms of the casing sleeve: hydraulic driven casing sliding sleeve,a motor drive casing sliding sleeve,and of the two schemes were compared to determine final processing scheme for electric machine driving scheme.Using ANSYS finite element software,the 3D model of the casing sleeve is built,and the static finite element analysis of the key components is carried out.For each part of the static performance analysis results,the response surface method is used to optimize the length and wall thickness of the casing sleeve,which successfully reduces the weight of casing sleeve and reduces the cost of production.Further assembly prototype,the switch casing sliding sleeve for ground motion testing,internal and external pressure test and temperature test.Test results show that: the tool in the pressure 50 MPa,temperature 100°C environment,the operation effect is good.
