Study On Rapid Repair Technology Of Sleeve Kiln Heat Exchanger After Clogging

The short cleaning cycle, long cleaning time and difficult cleaning working have great influence on the kiln conditioa And ultimately affect the yield and quality. The heat exchanger as the circular sleeve kiln heat exchange device, which ensures the balance and process parameters of heat and gas flow in the kiln’s stability. The heat exchanger has a great influence on the quality of lime. Therefore, of lime sleeve kiln for heat exchanger blockage mechanism for in-depth exploration and coping research due to the blockage of the heat exchanger for caused problems and solutions, the popularization and application of lime sleeve kiln is very important. To this end, this paper has done the following aspects of the research work:This paper introduces the system composition, process flow and the structure of the heat exchanger, and introduces the working principle of the heat exchanger and the physical and chemical characteristics of the plug in the heat exchanger.Using FLUENT software heat exchanger internal thermal field numerical simulation, obtained through the simulation of thermal field nephogram, can be more intuitive see heat exchanger in before and after clogging for changes in the effect of heat.By studying the length, diameter and material of the casing pipe, a kind of material which is most suitable for inserting and pulling out the heat exchanger tube bundles is found.Through the study of various cleaning tools using independent research and development of pneumatic spiral drill cleaning for heat exchanger, with at least, the cleaning effect of the ideal.The cold air through the heat exchanger with heat exchanger, adjusting the temperature of the exhaust gas into the dust, waste gas in the early crystallization.This paper combined with the characteristics of Tianjin iron and Steel Special Steel Co. Ltd. three 600T active lime sleeve kiln operation. According to the blockage of the heat exchanger for the problem, mading full use of the existing basic theory and research results in the foundation, analysis for heat exchanger jam effects of lime quality caused by and influence the service life of active lime kiln in the maintenance.
