Research On Information Model Of Oil Refining And Marketing Production Planning

At first,this paper analyzes the domestic oil refining development in recent years;we can see that the operating situation of petrochemical enterprises has become increasingly worse,Utilizing information system to realize the management of the enterprise production planning.and ensuring the balance of enterprise resource allocation,are important means to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.On the basis of introducing the calculation of oil refining material balance and the theory of crude oil loss,this paper analyzes the use of production planning optimization technology and planning management system.The application of material balance,the production planning theory and the advanced planning management model at home and abroad were introduced.The existing problems were analyzed,and the developing direction of this technology was also discussed.In order to ensure the planning model to meet the requirements of the production planning management,this paper analyzes the production planning management business on petrochemical enterprises.Such as the compiling principles of production plan,the planning of the business process,the planning factors and common constraints.To study the user needs and explicit the design objectives of production planning management platform,we design the functional architecture of production planning system.By analyzing all kinds of planning reports,we collect and select the basic data required for the model,and the basic data is based on the software configuration,we set up the planning management information model,the function of the model was optimized.At last,the six aspects of management functions have been achieved.Through the use of the information system in petrochemical enterprise implementation process,we can see,this platform can meet the requirements of the production plan on each period.And to a certain extent,this platform can provide various types of data.The implementation of this system has greatly improved the efficiency of the planning management on the headquarters and the regional corporation.At the same time,all kinds of constraint conditions are set to ensure the accuracy of the planning data.So it has played an important role in improving the market competitiveness of enterprises and improving the efficiency of enterprises.
