Petrochemical industry is a typical process industry with high-energy consumption,high-pollution and high-investment,which is usually hybrid production process with continuous and batch production forms,complicated process mechanism with the balance of energy and resource utilization problems.Therefore,it is significant in the theory and application for the research of the production planning and energy balancing problem of petrochemical industry.Based on the investigation of real petrochemical enterprise production,this thesis focuses on the multi-period production planning for the whole process of refinery and water balance problem of metal germanium production process,formulating Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming(MINLP)model and solving it with the outer approximation algorithm,analyzing and evaluating the planning solution.Finally,the decision support systems of production planning for refinery and water balance for germanium production are designed and developed.The details are as follows:1.Aiming at the technological characteristics of important production device of refinery-crude distillation unit,the fractionation index model based on process mechanism is formulated regarding it as continuous production process of multiple units.Numerical experiments verify the accuracy of the model.2.Based to the whole production process of a large domestic refinery,the thesis proposes a multi-period production planning problem with the consideration of energy consumption.The MINLP mathematical model is formulated,using Outer Approximation algorithm to solve the model.The numerical tests verify the correctness and validity of model and algorithm.3.The decision support system of production planning for petrochemical enterprise is developed to manage production data of refinery,and provide all solutions of production planning for decision makers with the embedded model and algorithm.4.Taking the domestic smelting factory production of germanium as the background,the balance of water resources utilization of factory is studied,and the decision,support subsystem of water balance in germanium smelter plant is developed to manage the water resource of whole process,properly allocate and save water.Based on process mechanism,the multi-period production planning model for the refinery whole process is proposed,simultaneously taking into account the energy consumption.The model can provide more accurate production planning solution to realize energy-saving and cost-reducing.The research of water resource balance in industrial production can improve the utilization ratio of nonrenewable resources.The decision support systems of refinery production planning and water balance in germanium plant are developed in order to provide the friendly interfaces for the application.
