The Design Of Hydraulic System Of Hydraulic Drill Rig

Hydraulic drill rig has compact structure,reliably ability as well as convenient operation,is widely used by petroleum industry in China.According to hydraulic drill rig working conditions and coalbed methane circumstance in China,A 1200 m depth-drilled hydraulic drill rig was designed.According to the research condition of hydraulic drill all over the world,A new vehicle mounted hydraulic drill was designed.The paper calculated the hydraulic system and analyzed the experiment result including hydro cylinder,top head drive,raise cylinder,breaker and other key components.The unique feature of this hydraulic drill is stream actuated and can pruduce 16 ton downward pressure;It can ensure the pressure of drill bit to rock bed in horizontal well operation and improve the efficiency during horizontal well exploitation;Overload protection device was installed to avoid drill bit damaged due to huge torque;Top head drive speed was increased during the condition that motor capacity decline,Max lift loading can be reach to 720kN;Heat rejection system of hydraulic drill was optimized,hydraulic motor was used to drive fan,thus it can operate without electricity.The hydraulic drill rig was manufactured complete and the test accomplished,According to the test,max lift loading can be reach to 720 kN,and can drill 1200 m depth,It can meet the design requirement and can field operation.In this paper,the parameters can be used as the proposal for the development of new hydraulic drill rig,and have some reference value in the follow up construction of coalbed methane exploration for the choice of rig and certain practical significance in further deepening and expanding the coalbed methane exploration and development.
