There are many difficulties in the construction of large caliber oil and gas pipelines under the influence of high and low terrain fluctuation,high terrain height difference,variety of geomorphology and poor engineering geological conditions in the southwest mountainous area of China.Lack of reasonable technical means for large diameter pipeline transportation and distribution under specific engineering conditions.This paper,focusing on the QAG011-QAG105 section of the Sino Burma pipeline,carries out the research on the technical scheme of the large caliber oil and gas pipeline transportation and pipe arrangement under the conditions of the forest mountain area.1.On the basis of a large number of literature and field investigation,a detailed project is carried out in the southwest forest mountain area,and the construction sensitivity of the large caliber pipeline construction is analyzed.From the natural conditions,such as topography,engineering geology,climate hydrology and transportation and transportation,the transportation and piping of large caliber pipeline is studied.The technical characteristics and the factors affecting the engineering conditions.2.The transportation of large caliber pipelines in the forest mountain area should be carried out many times,and the pipeline transportation flow and technical scheme are analyzed.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the analysis model of the influence factors of pipeline transportation is constructed.The cloned Bach coefficient method is used to calculate the internal consistency of the score data.The main factors that affect the road transport include the transportation mode,the road grade,the minimum turning radius and the transport mileage,and the optimal transportation line for the 19 A valve chamber to the pipe section of the Pui River is calculated with the objective of the optimal economy and the shortest transportation time.The field pipeline transportation routing decision-making practice provides technical support.3.The pipeline section of the Sino US Burma pipeline is a river valley landform.Its high and steep slopes and the deep and narrow valley topography make it difficult to distribute pipes.Through the comparison and analysis of the conventional pipe laying methods of the steep slope terrain,the way of the ropeway pipe cloth pipe is studied emphatically.The pipe arrangement scheme is put forward by the combination of the steep slope section and the horizontal section cable,and the ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the tension and support system,and the tension of the load cable is obtained.The stress index and the variation trend and extreme value of the deflection of the wire rope further clarify the technical index and type selection design of the towing pipe of the ropeway.Through practical application,the pipe transportation pipe problem of the Sino Burmese pipeline in the southwest forest area is solved.It provides some reference for the post pipe maintenance and the same type of pipe laying in the same type of area.It is of practical significance to improve the construction technology level of the mountain laying in the oil and gas pipeline.
