The three phase separator is an important oil-gas-water separation equipment,there are many components in it in order to improve the separation efficiency,but the select of internal and the design of separator are complicated and cumbersome.In order to solve these problems,we consider the influence of different structure parameters and separation technology on the separation performance,based on this,establishment of corrugated plate coalesce oil-water separation model and solving it,eventually we design the software of three-phase separator,simplify the design of three phase separator.reduce the working strength of designers.Firstly,the internal components of the three-phase separator are studied.The cyclone at the inlet of the separator can remove the most of the gas,which plays an important role of pre-separation.Corrugated plate separator is the main component to promote oil-water separation in separator.Electrostatic dehydration device can strengthened separate water in oil emulsion which cone from the late stage of separation.At the same time,the factors affecting the separation performance of each component were studied.Secondly,modeling and solving the oil-water separation process of corrugated plate separator.The motion of the liquid phase in the separator is divided into three parts: the movement of oil water in front of the coalescence device,the separation process in corrugated plate and the gravity settling process after the corrugated plate.The oil-water separates in the corrugated plate can be divided into three processes,which includes rise,coalescence and stabilization.In this paper,a calculation method is presented for the gravity settling process of the corrugated plate.The oil slick is divided into numerous unit cubes,and analysis it by dynamic.At last,the software development of the engineering design of the combined three-phase separator is developed.At last,design the software of three-phase separator.The software was designed by VB6.0.The functions of the software include the calculate the size of separator,design the structure,check the strength,design the internal component,output the result and so on.Calculate the basic size of separator according to the parameters provided by the oilfield site and check the structure.At the same time,select and design the cyclone,the corrugated plate and the electrostatic dehydration device.Finally,realize the engineering design computerization,which provides the program support for the engineering application of three-phase separator.In this paper,a mathematical model for the coalescence separation in a combined three phase separator is carried out.The reason of improving the speed of oil-water separation after the coalescence was studied from microcosmic angle.At the same time,design the software of three phase separator,it has certain guiding significance and practical value for the project.
