| With the rapid development of network technology,the development of science and technology has come to a new historical period.The limitations of traditional working system in scale,updating and investment have emerged significantly,virtual simulation technology creates and demonstrates the virtual reality system through computer,it saves the purchase cost of working system,and provides a way to achieve resource sharing conveniently and maintain the system simply.These advantages make the virtual reality technology get fast development on offshore oil exploitation.Based on Virtools in this paper we build marine drilling platform for virtual display,research the method of constructing scenes and give the developing scheme of virtual interactions operation.At first,this paper introduces how to use 3D Max software platform to complete the building of three-dimensional models of marine drilling platform,as well as the texture rendering work of three-dimensional models.Then platform carrier which is needed to demonstrate virtual interaction is put into Virtools software,and then the scene rendering task is finished by arranging lights,importing sea surface,creating fog effect,adjusting sky environment and so on,by which users have the preliminary acquaintance toward marine drilling platform through the scene roaming program.In the followed tasks this paper developed the virtual interactive operation demo system including taking pulling out of hole operations,drilling operations and running in hole operations.In order to have a better introduction to the powerful function of Virtools virtual engine and improve the efficiency of the program,this paper successively uses VSL script language and SDK development tool to optimize the design procedure,and a portion of codes of steel wire rope rendering effect which is created by VSL script language and Iron Roughneck modularization BB which ispackaged by SDK is analyzed in detail.At last,online-interaction mechanism is discussed and the marine drilling platform virtual simulation system was finally developed. |
