High Waxy Crude Oil Paraffin Research Of Halahatang Oilfield

In the south of halahatang oilfield,the oil is light with high waxy,the wells are exploit by flowing,in the production wax block wellbore are happened frequently,affecting normal production.Conventional mechanical paraffin method often appear wax card and downhole accident,does not meet the requirements,it is necessary to study on chemical paraffin wax.Torwords the wellbore blockage of halahatang oilfield,the author of this paper carried on SEM ?organic inorganic ?four components ?DSC analysis,determine the type of wellbore blocksge are main microcrystalline wax.Based on oil property,temperature,pressure,dissolved gas,producing of fluid volume analysis,found that the main factors influence to wellbore wax of halahatang oilfield are high wax content,large temperature difference,high gas oil ratio.According to the type and composition of the author developed SDL paraffin removal agent Through the optimization of the main agent,mutual solvent,surfactants and three series of paraffin inhibitor SDD? SDP? SDA,SDL paraffin removal agent compare to the commercial part of paraffin removal agent for wellbore blockage has a more rapid dissolution rate and SDA-1 paraffin inhibitor in a significant reduction solidifying point by 28 ? and viscosity reduction of 80% of RP3 crude oil sample at the same time improve the wax crystal morphology.Combined with halahatang oilfield production process and the characteristics of the downhole string structure,design the "light oil slug" + "agent slug" broken down construction technology scheme;In the pond oilfield chose three representative Wells,carried out the SDL paraffin removal agent field application test.The results show that the SDL paraffin removal agent can quickly dissolve wellbore blockages.
