The stability of the coal mine power supply is the guarantee for the coal mine safety production.Coal mine power supply monitoring and fault diagnosis system can realize fault prediction and diagnosis of the power supply parameters based on the monitoring,which can improve the reliability of the coal mine power supply.The single chip processor is chosen as the core processor,and the GPRS wireless as communication means in the system.Through the design of the network computing model,reasonable parameters for the tasks are assigned in the system,and with the use of advanced warning algorithm,the efficiency of the system response is improved.The system master controller adopts PIC18F458 models of 16-bit single chip microcomputer,including RS232 and RS485 serial port communication and GSM interface.In hardware design,the main module including command control module,power supply configuration and node monitoring module three parts.The processing of power supply module is equipped with dc chopper,which can avoid the interference of electromagnetic signal.Measuring piece LM75 BD is connected with I2 C bus and controller.During the GPRS communication module,the application of data link layer includes point to point protocol,TCP transport layer,which complete the scene through GR47 wireless data transmission module.In the design of software control,the database design is completed,including the function of the data table design,database programming,etc.The software of the system control process is studied,including initial design,Flash module driver design and the main program control process design.Through the software system,the anti-interference ability of the monitoring and fault diagnosis is promoted.Advanced fault early warning algorithm is used in this paper,and the optimal smoothing factor is determined based on the K-nearest neighbor and several rounds of voting mechanism research.Warning communication model is established,and the temperature prediction results of different algorithms are analyzed,the results show that based on the optimization of the GRNN method can more accurately predict the failure of coal mine power supply equipment.
