Case Study On Construction And Evaluation Of Industrial Chain In Chemical Industrial Park Program

Ecological industrial chain is the most fundamental characteristics and composition unit of eco-industrial park, which is building the core of eco-industrial park areas. Construction and application of ecological industry chain has a late start in China,mostly in the exploration stage. Most of construction of industrial chains in eco-industrial park is the qualitative theory-based inquiry, although there are quantitative aspects of research scholars, but not enough in-depth study.What's more, research scholars pursuit of industry chain extension and expansion blindly in order to achieve closed loop.Therefore, the industry chain research of eco-industrial park to be further developed and refined. Chemical Industrial Park has the features of large consumption about resources and energy which generates the amount of waste.Thus, taking the road of development of industrial ecology is an inevitable trend. After consulting lots of references, this paper proposes method of constructing chemical industrial park industrial chain with Gulang chemical building material industrial park as an example.(1)The paper reviews present status and dynamic about construction research of industrial chains in eco-industrial park,and presents problems on construction of industrial chains.(2)This paper constructs industrial chain in chemical industrial park using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods of system integration based on the theory of ecological industrial.The construction of ecological industrial chain is based on ecological carrying capacity within the threshold. According to this idea it analyzes and summarizes the theory of ecological and system integration, while with the theory of ecological carrying capacity.(3) The paper establishes an mathematical model to physical integration of system integration and constructs an industrial chain in chemical industrial park combining to energy integration and information integration.Taking Gulang chemical building material industrial park as an example,the paper constructs ecological industry chain and evaluates rationality with ecological carrying capacity.
