GuDong oilfield XinTan block has entered a high water cut waterflooding stage.Some wells have been seriously corroded.Lie wells lead to frequent replacement of the rod tube,and huge economic losses.In this paper,I in-depth research and analysis the main factors and influence degree on the GuDong oilfield XinTan block pipe stem.I optimize the basic formula of the long-term corrosion inhibitor combined with the causes and mechanism,and prepare the long-term corrosion inhibitor.Through on-site determination of the corrosion factors,indoor corrosion rate determination,influence weight analysis results,I find that O2,CO2,salinity ions are the main factors affecting corrosion,varying corrosion degrees under different amounts of factors,and on the whole,O2,CO2 impact greater than the salinity ions.Through static weight loss method and microscope observation,I optimize the parent inhibitor and synergistic additive's type and dosage,and a long-term basis inhibitor formulation.I prepare the solid corrosion inhibitor,and optimize methods of forming the preferred conditions.Urea resin,lime,petroleum resin powder,EVA are good curing agents.Through static dissolution performance evaluation,dynamic dissolution performance evaluation,inhibition performance evaluation,and adaptability study,I finally choose one methods:10%of petroleum resin preferably hot melt powder molding conditions.
