Air pollution is quite serious in China today,and VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)are an main cause of air pollution.Volatile organic compounds with special photochemistry properties,is an important prerequisite of photochemical smog and PM2.5.How to effectively control emissions of VOCs has become a hot issue of environmental governing at this stage.Petrochemical enterprises discharges majority of VOCs,so this paper studied emission management and control measures of VOCs in petrochemical enterprises.First,VOCs emission sources in petrochemical enterprises are classified analysis,the sources of VOCs in refining business were divided into organized and unorganized emission source,and subdivided into 13 categories.Including the production plant of non-normal production conditions emissions,hot(cold)supply facilities combustion flue gas emissions,exhaust emissions,emissions of waste gas,raw material / product handling process,raw materials / semi-finished products / product storage and reconciliation process,equipment / pipeline inspection and repair process,production equipment pump / valve / flange etal dynamic / static seal leaks,wastewater gathering and transportation / storage / disposal process escape,the sampling process,cooling tower / circulating water cooling system leakage,the release of solid material storage and handling,accidental discharge.After analysising in petrochemical enterprises emission sources of VOCs,VOCs emissions in petrochemical enterprises are calculated.By analyzing 13 categories emission sources,determining which emission sources can be available for field testing to obtain data on the VOCs emissions calculation,which emission sources are not easy to conduct on-site testing directly using the calculation formula for calculation.Researching on the method of monitoring the emission source of the field detection,this paper mainly studies the equipment leakage,sewage and circulating water system,production device detection technology of organized exhaust gas emission process.For the emission source which is not easy to be carried out on site,the calculation method for the petrochemical enterprises in our country is selected.The results showed that: VOCs emissions from the refining business was 13,367.42 t/a.Of those,each emissions sources is from high to low in turn: device leakage emissions--5753.2 t/a,tank leakage emissions--4182.05 t/a,loading and unloading process emissions--1651.54 t/a,sewage treatment system emissions--1136.6 t/a,production process inorganized waste gas emissions--246.79 t/a,organized emissions--233.37 t/a,circulating cooling water system emissions--154.67 t/a,flue gas emissions from flaring--16.18 t/a.The monitoring results show that storage,loading and unloading process,wastewater treatment system and equipment leakage is four major emission sources of VOCs in petrochemical enterprises.The research on control measures of VOCs emission in petrochemical enterprises is carried out,giving priority to those major emission sources.This paper introduces especially refueling gas recovery technique. |
