With the increasing energy consumption,the petrochemical industry undergoes a rapid development.However due to aging equipment and misoperation,leaking accidents still happen.And most petrochemical substances are flammable,explosive,and toxic.Once spill happens,toxicosis,fire and explosion will be triggered easily,especially for hole-leakage of tank,which has a higher probability but hard to discover and leads to serious consequence.And accurate assessment of the leakage rate is the premise and the foundation of consequence evaluation.Thus,studies on hole-leakage of tank are of great importance.Currently,the relatively mature hole-leakage models of tank mainly includes hole-leakage model of Atmospheric tank,hole-leakage rate model of pressurized tank and leakage rate dynamic model of tank.But derivation process of these modes lack combination with the technology.And there exists some defects.As regard to the applicability,they also cannot be applied into the leakage rate calculation of the production technique,which results in a very limited apply range.This paper introduces ideal gas state equation based on the hole-leakage rate model of pressurized tank and deduces hole-leakage model of tank based on the intervention of liquid level control system and hole-leakage model of tank based on the intervention of pressure control system Relying on leaking experiment system of liquid tank,to study the impact on the leaking rule of tank brought by level control system,pressure control system and various emergency shutdown mode.Using the experimental data to expand applicable scope of the classic leakage formula of tank,verify the accuracy of hole-leakage model of tank based on the intervention of liquid level control system and hole-leakage model of tank based on the intervention of pressure control system,analyze the error of leakage rate of the experimental value with the theoretical value,put forward a dynamic correction method for leakage coefficient to modify the theoretic model,lower the leakage rate theoretic error and to raise the accuracy of the leakage model based on the relationship between the leakage coefficient and the tank pressure.Finally,this paper will also calculate the consequence of tank leakage under no control and the consequence with the impact of level control system or pressure control system,respectively.A comparison with the toxicity consequence,flash fire consequence and explosion consequence will be made after the leakage happens,which aims to study the influence on the tank leakage consequence brought by level or pressure control system.
