Identification And Control Of Unsafe Behavior Of Natural Gas Enterprises Extraction And Recycle

With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for oil and gas is increasing,and the recovery technology of natural gas is constantly improving,renewing and breaking.In the application of new technology,new equipment in the gas recycling industry to further ensure the safety of mining recovery at the same time,personnel operating unsafe ACTS,however,become a more prominent security hidden danger in gas recovery,safe operation of gas recycling effective constitutes a serious threat.This paper for the analysis to identify gas recovery operation are the cause of the accident in the process of unsafe behavior and their safety risks and lead to the main factors of unsafe behavior,based on the system operating procedures HAZOP(hazard and operability)analysis method,with K enterprise high pressure station as an example,combined with high pressure station module,safety regulations on the system of personnel to identify unsafe behavior.Based on the results of the system to identify,from the "notify" "supervision" to develop the corresponding safety control measures,and through the " informatization" means to strengthen control of unsafe behavior,and improve the enterprise’s operational procedures,provide the basis for enterprises to prevent personnel unsafe behavior,improve enterprise’s safety management level.
