| The human unsafe behavior and object’s unsafe situation is the directly reason of the accidents. According to the research there are nearly90percent of various accidents caused by people’s unsafe behavior in the process of coal mine safety production management. People’s unsafe behavior is much harder to predict and control than object’s unsafe state. Studying on the reason and regularity of people’s unsafe behavior, then controlling targeted and cutting off the causal chain of the accident, is the important way to prevent and avoid accidents.This paper studied the control countermeasures of mine employees unsafe behavior in Jinneng Coal Group. With the studying the theory of the unsafe behavior and the situation underground, the underground production conditions of Jinneng are difficult and the hazards are more. By analyzing the characteristics of mine employees in this Group, we concluded that the total number of employees was bigger than specified, the age structure was also bigger, and the structure of direct workers, aid workers and management workers is disorder. And characteristics of the organization system is also studied that summaries the main reason of the producing of the people’s unsafe behavior in Jinneng Coal Group.With the investigating and surveying the underground situation and analyzing the theories, by combing the main unsafe behavior of mine employees in Jinneng Coal Group, and dividing the main unsafe behavior in accordance with behavior occurs, frequency, risk level and the other important indicators, totally667kinds of major people’s unsafe behaviors in production process were obtained. And the control countermeasures for the unsafe behaviors showed above were studied in detail. To implement the control measures, the safeguard measures for control measures are also studied. With the research of this paper, to reduce and even clear up all the underground people’s unsafe behavior of Jinneng Coal Group, and finally reach the target of safe production. |
