Since entering the 21 st century,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly and steadily.However,the development of the industry has also brought a lot of safety accidents to the construction project.The number of safety accidents and casualties caused by construction enterprises in the process of construction has been increasing year by year.According to the research of related scholars,unsafe behaviors account for 88% of the accidents,and 94% of unsafe behaviors are caused by people’s unsafe psychology.Because of the characteristics of construction industry,construction organization and construction workers are closely linked,organization and management to a large extent affect the psychological state of workers,and then act on their behavior.Therefore,in addition to the construction enterprises to pay attention to the improvement of production technology,also need to pay attention to the link between organizational management and workers’ psychology.From the perspective of construction organization management,this paper discusses the influence of management climate on workers’ unsafe behavior,introduces workers’ unsafe psychological state as an intermediary variable,and studies its intermediary role in the path of influence.The main body of this research is the structural equation model,the main content is divided into two parts: the first part is the theoretical research,the domestic and foreign research results,research methods and survey tools,based on the theories of accident causation,Equity theory,leadership behavior,and social exchange,eight hypotheses are proposed,based on the hypothesis,this paper constructs a research model on the effect of organizational management climate on workers’ unsafe behavior under the role of unsafe psychological intermediary,the organizational management climate,insecurity psychology and insecurity behavior were defined and measured,and the questionnaire was developed according to the maturity scale.In this study,data were collected on-line,and the data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for reliability,validity,correlation and variance,and the validity of the model is analyzed.The results show that the three dimensions of organizational management climate(organizational justice,managerial behavior,and inclusive managerial style)are negative to workers’ unsafe behavior,it also proves that workers’ unsafe psychology mediates between organizational management climate and unsafe behavior.Finally,according to the analysis results,the paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprises or management organizations: to strengthen the fair atmosphere,to increase the investment of managers’ management behavior,and to strengthen the harmonious working atmosphere between managers and workers.
