Virtual reality technology can provide realistic virtual scenes and real experience.Petrochemical industry is a high-risk industry,the occurrence of petrochemical accidents will cause inestimable consequences,In order to reduce hazards caused by petrochemical accidents,it is necessary to train relevant personnel in petrochemical industry.The traditional training methods of the petrochemical industry are practical exercise and text image training.However,these two training methods have limited training effect and can't be used as effective training methods.The development of virtual reality technology provides a new and effective training method for petrochemical industry.This paper applies virtual reality technology to the petrochemical industry,and its main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at low accuracy of traditional algorithm in fire trucks scheduling optimization,an improved NSGA-? algorithm is proposed in this paper.In order to solve the problem of duplication of genes in fire trucks scheduling,according to grouping genes and assigning weights,the adaptive ability of the initial population is improved,in order to make the population converge to the specified direction,according to introducing the priority of objective functions,the accuracy of the algorithm is improved.The improved NSGA-? algorithm are compared with original algorithm,and the optimal results are visualized.(2)In order to reduce the casualties and property loss in petrochemical industry accidents,immersive virtual reality technology is used to train employees for emergency response,an approximate real fire accident scene is constructed,HTC VIVE is selected as the interactive equipment of the virtual environment and accessory equipment is selected as the interaction device between trainers and virtual scene,it enables trainers to conduct fire simulation exercises in completely immersive scenarios,so that to improve the staff's ability to deal with accident emergency.(3)This paper presents a virtual simulation technology of direct operation based on self-build scenes.According to the characteristics of direct operation such as strong systematism,complex scene,high risk and multi-role cooperation,this paper uses a new 3D modeling method based on large scale topographical map and chemical process to model the whole and detail of petrochemical plant.According to distributed interactive simulation technology to achieve the communication and interaction between different trainees.Use Event-Based Approach to Training(EBAT)and build real scenes of various direct operations and mixed operations based on analysis of the various operating elements of direct operation,set the process by ourselves based on logical relationship between tasks to implement autonomous extension of simulation training course.
