With the popularity of virtual reality technology,people research more and more in the virtual reality environment simulation of the key technology.Users in the virtual reality environment can be intuitive to observe the shape of the product structure,which can be timely to find the product design problems,and the feasibility of the assembly can be verified,it can effectively reduce the production of physical models and reduce development and production costs.At present,most of the traditional virtual assembly system is based on the desktop environment,which has a poor interactive and low immersion user experience.Based on the virtual reality technology,this paper studies how to map the real assembly system to the virtual reality environment,taking the advantage of the traditional virtual experiment system to save resources,and combining the HTC VIVE virtual reality helmet,so that users in the virtual reality environment have a strong sense of immersion,and with the real environment in the same experience to complete the assembly operation.This paper analyzes the current development of key technologies for virtual reality assembly,and studies the rigid body collision technology and human-computer interaction technology in two aspects.In this paper,the key technology of local collision detection based on Unity3 D is proposed,which solves the problem of low accuracy of collision detection in complex shape rigid body model.In order to improve the interactivity of virtual reality system,this paper puts forward the virtual reality interactive technology based on Unity3 D complex controllable animation interactive technology and HTC VIVE controller based on software and hardware respectively.Among them,the complex controllable animation technology is based on Unity3 D platform innovation proposed "first acquisition after interpolation" is a solution to complex animation process control solution.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed key technology,this paper designs and implements the "hydraulic support side panel assembly simulation system" from the four aspects of scene design,function design,interface design and interactive scheme design using MVC design pattern and puts forward the system A set of viable performance optimization options.
